Garlic Mushrooms in Parmesan Cheese😋




Ingredients:




1 pound mushrooms, sliced


2 tablespoons butter


4 cloves garlic, minced


1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:




In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.


Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.


Stir in the minced garlic and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes, until the garlic becomes fragrant.


Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the mushrooms and stir well to coat.


Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and forms a creamy sauce.


Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
