Dried Fruit Cake/ Nut Cake




INGREDIENTS 




3 eggs


1 glass of sugar


1 glass of water Milk


1 glass of water measure of oil


Zest of 1 lemon


1 tablespoon lemon juice


1 tablespoon coconut


1 vanilla


1 baking powder


1 glass of dried fruits (Apricot, fig, date, crumbled walnuts, chocolate chips, currants)


2.5 /cups of flour




INSTRUCTIONS 




First, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.


Then add the other ingredients in order.


Cut the dried fruits into small pieces and add them, pour them into the greased cake pan.


Bake until go

lden at 165°C and check with a toothpick.
