Ingredients
°375ml (1 12 cups) whipping cream 350ml (2 tablespoons) of powdered sugar
°3 vanilla puddings, 99g each
°1/2 angel food cake 283 grams
°450 gm of strawberries
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey

Using an electric mixer, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and beat again until stiff peaks form.
Transfer a third of the whipped cream to a bowl. Great book.
Fold the pudding into the remaining whipped cream, folding the mixture gently with a spatula.
Cut the angel cake into small cubes.
Using a fork, mash a third of the strawberries. Cut the rest of the strawberries into cubes.
In a bowl, mix the chopped strawberries with the crushed strawberries and honey.
In four bowls of 250ml (1 cup) each, divide half of the strawberry preparation, pudding mix, and angel food cake cubes. Repeat to form a second layer. Top with the reserved whipped cream.
