What You Need:
6-leaf kale
three carrots
Two sliced red apples
one beet
Half of a lemon, peeled
2.5-centimeter ginger slice
Preparing the carrots, beet, and lemon for use requires peeling and washing.

Here are the steps:
Add a cup or two of water to your blender.
Combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
Gather the juice by straining the mixture.
Remix with a spoon.
If you want to perk up your juice, just throw some ice cubes in.
Use a glass container and refrigerate to preserve this juice.
