Oreo Pudding Dessert Box
Ingredients:
-For Layer 1:
Oreo biscuits - 10 pcs
Butter - 2 tbsp or 30 ml
-For Layer 2:
Cream cheese - 8 oz (225 g)
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (60 g)
Whipped cream - 1 cup (240 ml)
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp (5 ml)
-For Layer 3:
Instant chocolate pudding mix - 1 package (3.9 oz / 110 g)
Cold milk - 2 cups (480 ml)
-For Topping:
Whipped cream - 1 cup (240 ml)
Crushed Oreo biscuits - 1/2 cup
Chocolate shavings - optional
Directions:
For Layer 1: Place the 10 Oreo biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed Oreos. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your dessert box to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
For Layer 2: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it's smooth. Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup whipped cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the mixture is creamy. Spread this over the Oreo crust in the dessert box. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
For Layer 3: In another bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until it thickens. Pour this over the cream cheese layer in the dessert box, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
For Topping: Spread the remaining 1 cup of whipped cream over the chocolate pudding layer. Sprinkle with crushed Oreo biscuits and chocolate shavings if using. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
