THICK AND FLUFFY BUTTERMILK PANCAKE RECIPE
🌟 INGREDIENTS
◾️1½ cup of all purpose flour
◾️2 tablespoons sugar
◾️2 teaspoons Baking powder
◾️ ¼ teaspoon baking soda
◾️ ¼ teaspoon salt
◾️1 egg (beaten)
◾️¼ cup water
◾️½ Cup milk/butter milk
◾️1 tablespoon vegetable oil
🌟 PROCEDURE
◾️Mix First 5 dry ingredients in a bowl.
◾️In a separate bowl Mix remaining wet ingredients. .
◾️Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl
and mix just until combined. Batter may be lumpy.
DO NOT OVER-MIX.
◾️Heat frying pan/griddle on medium heat.
◾️When hot, pour about ¼ cup of batter into it. .
◾️When bubbles start to form flip pancake on the other side.
◾️Cook until done.
◾️Repeat with remaining batter. .
◾️Serve with pancake syrup or maple syrup, fruits and butter.
