Viennese chocolate cookies!
INGREDIENTS :
* Butter 125 gr, sugar 50 gr, egg white 1, bitter cocoa powder 15 gr, flour 0000 130 gr, and bitter chocolate for bath 100 gr.
PREPARATION :
* Mix the butter at room temperature together with the sugar and cocoa until creamy.
* Add the egg white at room temperature and mix until it is completely integrated.
* Add the flour and mix until it forms a paste.
* Add the mixture in a ruffled spout or you can also make them with a spoon and give them a circular form.
* On a previously buttered and floured plate make strips of 6 cm long leaving space between them, since they expand during cooking.
* Take to fry for 30 minutes so they will not deform during baking.
* Bake in oven at 180ºC for 18 minutes.
* Melt the chocolate and coat each end of the cookie.
