NO BAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE in Cups
Ingredients
4 cups crushed grahams
1/2 cup butter,melted
4 tbsp.brown sugar
1 block cream cheese,room temp.
2 pack all purpose cream,chilled
1 1/4 can condensed milk,chilled
Blueberry jam
Procedure
In a bowl,put together the melted butter,crushed grahams and brown sugar.
Mix well to combined.
Put 1 tbsp.of the graham mixture into your cups. Put it the fridge to chill for atleast 15 mins.
Meanwhile,beat your cream cheese on medium speed,add in all purpose cream and continue beating until doubled in volume,then gradually add the condensed milk.
After setting your crust,pour about 2 tbsp.of cream cheese mixture over your crust then top with blueberry jam.
Keep in the fridge for atleast 2 hrs.before serving
