MENU: MAYONNAISE


RECIPE:


2 whole eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

A pinch of salt

PROCEDURE:

* In a blender, pour in the cracked eggs followed by the oil, lemon juice, salt and blend until you get a stiff texture of mayonnaise then turn blender off. (NOTE: You can add sugar or black pepper if you like).

* Mayonnaise is READY.

* Scoop into a clean container and store in the refrigerator.

NOTE :

I will post the procedure of making MAYONNAISE with a whisker. The procedure is different from that of a blender 

* The standard measuring cup 250ml
